Terms of Use

  1. By downloading or using DearEver, you agree to these Terms.
  2. DearEver provides digital memorial profile creation, sharing, and interaction features.
  3. You are legally responsible for content you submit.
  4. Illegal, hateful, violent, infringing, or abusive content is prohibited.
  5. We may remove violating content and restrict accounts when necessary.
  6. Subscription product: DearEver Premium (Yearly).
  7. Subscription length: 1 year, auto-renewable.
  8. Price: the current local price shown by App Store at purchase time applies.
  9. Payment is charged to Apple ID; subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  10. Manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store account settings; restore via in-app Restore Purchases.
  11. Refunds are handled under Apple's billing policies.
  12. Intellectual property rights in the app and brand belong to Ceronimo Pazarlama Anonim Sirketi.
  13. The service is provided as is to the extent permitted by law.
  14. Governing law: Republic of Turkiye; jurisdiction: Bolu Central courts and enforcement offices.
